1. Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Due to the nature of bird food, items must be unopened and in their original condition unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
2. Refund Process
To start a return, contact us at info@gardenbirdfood.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us with photos within 48 hours and we will provide a replacement or refund.
4. Non Returnable Items
Opened food items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or you received the wrong product.
5. Refund Timeframes
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow five to ten working days for the refund to appear.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after ten working days, contact your bank then contact us if the issue continues.
