1. Free Delivery

We offer free delivery to all UK mainland addresses on all orders unless stated otherwise. Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.

2. Dispatch Times

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within one working day. During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Methods

We use trusted delivery partners such as Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or equivalent services. Delivery usually takes between two and four working days.

4. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within seven working days, please contact us at info@gardenbirdfood.co.uk and we will investigate promptly.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct. We cannot refund or replace orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

6. Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 48 hours. We will replace or refund the item depending on your preference.
